FWM800A Automatic Packaging Machine suitable for wrapping all kinds of small products with fixed shape, including rectangle, Square, oval, round and so on, like hookah mouth tips. The machine is fully automatic and is complete with a vibratory feeding system & multi brush plate feed system. Print registration unit, wrapping counter & pack length change by keypad are all standard items. The maximum speed is up to 800 wraps per minute. The machine can be manufactured to give various length modes, the maximum width is 60 and the maximum height is 45mm.

The Cross Belt Feeder delivers products at an obtuse angle to the wrapping equipment in-feed, providing a smooth transfer into the in-feed chain section of the flow wrapper. Cross belt feeder is compact and provides an economical way to feed rectangular or round products into a wrapper at moderate to high speeds. Products can be delivered to the feeder manually or automatically. The Cross Belt feeder can be easily integrated with BAFU Flow Wrappers.

Products per minute range from 50-350, depending on the product.
