Aligner Feeder Flowpack machine for the automatic feeding and wrapping of small and medium sized products. The machine will automatically arrange products into a single file before automatically feeding them into the wrapping section.

This is a fully automatic machine with print registration and auto reject device for mis placed chocolates. Machine can be supplied different configurations of cutting jaws for different sized products.

The machine wraps in the pillow pack style and maximum running speed is 300 wraps per minute depending on product.

Flow Pack machine suitable for the wrapping of all kinds of products from after dinner chocolates to various sized bars, like cookies,biscuits, crackers etc. Machine has a maximum speed of up to 280 wraps per minute although this machine is usually hand fed and run at a much lower speed. Versatile machine complete with adjustable folding box, print registration, easy length change by keypad input, product wrapping count, single phase electrics, mounted on wheels with screw down anchor feet, fitted with zigzag blades.

High speed pillow pack machine suitable for wrapping small chocoolate and biscuit products, the machine comprises of a 90 degree infeed conveyor that feeds the product into the chain infeed. Speeds of 350 pieces can be attained dependant on product. The machine also has print registration unit, wrapping counter & pack length change by keypad are all standard items. The machine can be manufactured to give various length modes, the maximum width is 60 and the maximum height is 45mm.

The Cross Belt Feeder delivers products at an obtuse angle to the wrapping equipment in-feed, providing a smooth transfer into the in-feed chain section of the flow wrapper. Cross belt feeder is compact and provides an economical way to feed rectangular or round products into a wrapper at moderate to high speeds. Products can be delivered to the feeder manually or automatically. The Cross Belt feeder can be easily integrated with BAFU Flow Wrappers.

Products per minute range from 50-350, depending on the product.
