Speeds of 350 pieces can be attained dependant on product. The machine also has print registration unit, wrapping counter & pack length change by keypad are all standard items. The machine can be manufactured to give various length modes, the maximum width is 60 and the maximum height is 45mm.

The Inline Wrapper Feeder delivers products inline to the in-feed of the wrapper, providing the smoothest form of product handling. Servo-driven smart belts position products to the in-feed lugs of the wrapper in-feed chain. Rectangular, square, or round shapes, such as food, non-food and items in trays can be fed ranging from 10-350 products per minute. Various wrapper options are available for different product packaging applications.

Aligner Feeder Flowpack machine for the automatic feeding and wrapping of small and medium sized products. The machine will automatically arrange products into a single file before automatically feeding them into the wrapping section.

This is a fully automatic machine with print registration and auto reject device for mis placed chocolates. Machine can be supplied different configurations of cutting jaws for different sized products.

The machine wraps in the pillow pack style and maximum running speed is 300 wraps per minute depending on product.

Flowpack Machine

Pillow packing machine suitable for the wrapping of all kinds of products from after dinner chocolates to various sized bars. Machine has a maximum speed of up to 280 wraps per minute although this machine is usually hand fed and run at a much lower speed. Versatile machine complete with adjustable folding box, print registration, easy length change by keypad input, product wrapping count, single phase electrics, mounted on wheels with screw down anchor feet, fitted with zigzag blades.

We can also customise our flowpacks for an automatic feed depending on your product. By using vibratory feeders and mechanical transfers we can re-configure the flowpack standard to automatically feed product into the machine. All you have to do is keep the vibratory feeder topped up.
